COURSE DESCRIPTION
Maths is a great learning area with so much potential and scope for play and learning.
Our course will give learners the confidence to ‘play’ with maths and encourage them to make maths part of every day. Through positive mathematics experiences, children will develop a secure base and positive attitudes and interest in mathematics.
The course covers numbers, patterns and relationships, spatial reasoning, including shape, space and measure, and highlights the importance of children as individual learners and age-related expectations.
Allocated time: 3 hours
